✅ Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you always know where your package is.
📌 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🔍 Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number directly to your email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way — from our warehouse to your front door.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after your shipping confirmation email.
📍 Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
✏️ Address Changes
Made a mistake in your address? No worries — contact us immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
📬 Lost or Damaged Package?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
